my new place!

I finally move to another place which i think provide a better solution of me procrastinating with a better alternative of having internet connection with me the whole day throughout my whole semester. And the thing is, i still manage to procrastinate for a whole 6-7 weeks before i manage to affirm my decision of moving to another place. I guess all the hassle were worth going through after i move and look at my brand new room for the first time after a whole 5 hours of packing, loading, unloading, loading and unpacking again for a freaking whole day. It started wif mewaking early in the morning to get the rest of the stuff into my already-huge-can-bust lungages into some plastic bag which were left by pervious tenant. And when i was trying to squeeze in my leftover stuff like toothbrush, cleanser, cleaner and etc when something horrid happen!!

My whole freaking plastic bag was torn into a big burst of hole, and my taxi is coming in about 30minutes later!
OMFGGG!!!
i keep going wtf wtf whilst stuffing everything that have fallen out and running around like a frantic little girl trying to bring everything she could in an instant. It was just hilarious looking at me go when the whole house was just me and i was glad that i was alone. It was all drama before 10 strike and i was chewing every little leftover i have from the past day for my so-called breakfast.
When my maxi cab and cit2 arrived at my doorstep, i was certain that nothing could go wrong at this time of the day. Well, i was incredibly wrong. When we finally moved everything into the maxi cab and was comfortably seated in our rather cramped clutching my bolster and pillow together with me at the seat. The WORST THING HAPPEN!!!!!

THE FREAKING CAB GOT STUCK ON THE EDGE OF STONEPOT!!!!

OH GREAT! my day couldn't be any better? aint it? i was so stunned and just helpless i don't even know how to react to this kinda situation and i was just there, hugging my bolster and sitting there stoned with what just happen! apparently, the cab can't even moved even though the cab driver try to exilarate with all his might trying to get off. And we were stuck unable to open the slide door. I felt so helpless that i could'nt find or do anything that moment.

So, to cut the story short, my friendly neighbour was kind enough to make a call to the cab agency to have me another maxi cab and we have to bloody unload and load it again to another cab where the driver was kind enough to lend a helping hand while joking about my truckload of stuff.

And the day gone by with me unpacking my stuff into my new room, presenting my neat little cosy room.

TADAA!

My well-organised table.
please ignore my teddy sitting neatly on my single bed.
and.....
my walk-in closet!!!! I always dreamt of having one slide closet to put all my cloths into a store-room like cabinet. I'm a satisfied tenant afterall..
i will try to blog more since holiday is here and i'm bored to death in my little cosy but hot and humid room.

Time flies

yes, what you see is not an illusion. I am blogging right now and yes, i did it in lib's lab where i am now stress-free of exams and presentation and i cant wait for the one week break coming in 2 weeks time. I don't even know what come to my senses that i start blogging again after freaking half year of abandonment. (well, i guess lecture was abit influencial on my decision to blog since they were teaching about internet communication this week) and what is a better way to blog when i would be moving soon to another place and it comes with internet connection!!

Yea! how cool is that, i will update frequently and more on a daily basic even though i understand that no one will even read my blog after a mere 8 months ( or more) of being left in a pathetic and lifeless space with 5 post in total. lmao.

TA and please keep your fingers cross that i would blog more often!

ciao. And if you're wondering wth is TA! it's the aust slang of Thank you or cheers in this native country!

And goodness me, i just found out today and was puzzled with an ultimate blurness which doesn't help with my reputation of being called that frequently!

TA!!!

Past holidays

I know the title explained it all but i wanted to post earlier after i finished with my egypt trip but it end up with me not posting anything at all. hehe. **blush** Afterall, i did live up to my nicks as procrastinating queen rite???

So, i guess i stop crapping and go straight to pictures rite??

I start with my december holiday since this was the month where i spend tons of money shopping and ton of days wandering in the mall! i especially love Pavillion the most as its new and the things there are to die for man!! If you're a shopaholic (yes, yes!! i admit la now!!) urm, like me then you will be like a small kid in a candy shop looking everywhere longingly. Its just amazing how Singaporean Developers catered to shopper where quality and quantity are at their best! The food that i taste so far are really good in quality and the sizes are humungous that just by eating 2 plates of sushi will do you good for any regular girl like me!

Then, shopping wise, you got alot of choices from those normal walk-in shops to those unattainable ones like Hermes, Tiffanny&co and their first ever JUICY COUTURE outlet. Even though i wasnt a big fan of pink but i fall head over heel with the shop! its just doesn't make any sense rite??

Yup, you can guess that i spend tons of money shopping that carrying all the stuff i purchase was also a burden to me!!

So, after that, went to GSC to check out their newest branch here, tho its abit smaller than OU and Mid Valley but quality was still impeccable and service was awesome.

Here, you get to see the deco in pavillion. Ya ya!! The deco is very christmassy but i told you i was gonna ellaborate on my december holiday rite? So, bare with me pls!!I was shopping happily but what disturb me terribly was this thing below!! The detector keep ringing everytime i went into a shop! Whats worst was that i was ask to be hold by MNG workers there checking my purchases thinking they haven dettached the security tag on the clothes. And, blur as ever, i let them check and still its ring after i walk out!!

I was so puzzled that time that i was thinking, WTH!!! why does it keep ringing? After i went home and check only then i realized that it was this stupid foundation case that was causing all the trouble!!! The infamous J.CO donuts peoples are all raving about! but, to me i thought it was no big deal and the taste was exactly like Big Apple. Damm jelak man!! Few days later, Christmas finally arrived and this was the first time i celebrate it with family and finally got to decorate my first ever christmas tree!!! was so excited but after 12p.m it was all worn out by the chatting and the eating of pizza huts! and yes!! we replace turkey with chicken wings and ginger bread with GARLIC BREAD!!! ahahaha..After christmas spirit were over, finally met up with the sweet ever laily~! I miss her deeply leh!!AND, I FINALLY MEET UP WITH A REALLY LONG LOSS FRIEND!!

Presenting, drummm rolllsssss!!!! the ever so cutesy girl next door.. CHANG HUI YI!!!

I haven't seen her in ages and was thinking what better way to use my holiday than to meet up with my very very old friend rite? She grew so tall and cute i hardly knew her when i saw her at first glances man!!

I'm really glad we made this outing~!! So, after all the previous post, this outing was on Jan so don't say i'm procrastinating again rite?

Me and Jane was invited to Phoebe's 21th birthday~ yup, its the girl in the middle!!

We meet with loads of our high school friends and it was really nice to meet them up!Highschool mates and besties!!After that, we went to SCARLET to have a booze or two just so she, mainly could lessen the stress she got from her business and stuff!! haha.Partially was me also because i wanted to drink so badly that we went for an importu outing only us gurls!!Me being very green on that day!! i know the dress code was abit off but i went straight from the party that i din't bother to even change! SCARLET ONLY MAH!! hehe. After a while when the alcohols start kicking in, we start loosen up! I mean, really loosen up!!

We keep chanting the song that was playing in the house and keep shouting non-stop that we were look at by many onlookers!! haha.We ARE that unbashfull!Hahahahaha!! the pictures explained it all rite?

After that, we went back on a reasonable timing and when i was driving back, there were 2 cars that were getting on my nerves!!

One was a kancil which keep signalling some hand gentures that i don't friking understand i keep swearing whats will alcohol in my vein though i was still sober!

The other one was a white subaru (i think??) that was driving on par next to me and he whine down his window to talk to me even!!

But la, after a distance i only realized that both of the cars were trying to tell me that i did not switch on my car light!!! hhahaha..

And to think that i was ignoring and swearing under my breath all this while!!

Overall, i had loads of fun that night!!

I keep you posted with more updates!

Life changing experience

PART 1

day 1

Excitement was building increasingly when friday came and i keep rechecking continuously my luggage just to make sure that i brought everything. Then, night came and we have to go 2 hours early to have our luggages checked in, and because cab fees increase tremendously after 12 so we have to leave super early. And thus, we have to spend waiting in the airport for 3 hours. Since i'm always hungry we went to have MCDEEES again while waiting. So, after enduring 10 long hours of pain suffering and butt aching with another 3 hour transit from Doha to Luxor, we finally touch down in Egypt. Halllelujah!!! hahaha

After that, have to travel again for a distance to experience Nile River Cruise which were organized by Wingz corporation together with GTT tour group.

Our cruise name:
i know, i don't even know what it stands for but thats what stated there. Maybe its some egyptian words meaning love or paradize or whatever it is it stand for happy cruising! haha
Inside the cruise where they have 2 sections of the bar, one is situated in the main hall
and the other one is at the deck where you do tanning and sunbathing there!
After an hour of resting from our tiring journey here, we were brought straight to our first destination which is Karnak Temple. Here you get to see masses of obelisks, pylons, colossi and courts. or should i say the remaining courts and whats not that have been preserved.
These obelisks are situated outside the temple to guard and protect its owner.

You can see from the pictures that some parts of the statue have been ripped off. Our tour guide told us that it have been stolen by thiefs to sell it off to buyers interested! but, how could you sell the statue body parts with high price when people want the whole thing! its seems pointless to have to scrapped the whole nose like the picture below just so you can sell for a fair bits of money, so why don't you just preserve the statue and earn your country's honour rite?

You could see there is a statue underneath the King where the Queen is situated. In Egypt, it is said that women here are meant to serve their husband and be loyal to one male in her life. So, we hardly see any woman in this country hence even toilet cleaning and room services are all done by males. Women here are describes as pure and delicate hence there are all covered from top to toe so that they can maintain their "suci-ness".
The remaining parts of King Ramses. In the temple, every empty walls and bricks are inscribed with heirography to explain their country history and god-worship story.

What amazed me deeply is that one would spend so much time scrapping and drawing the graphic on one by one so that the next generation would continue believing their god and goddess.
Here, it is said that if you circle the obelisk which looks like a frog 7 times and repeatitively chant your wish, it would come true in the end. I did as told and in the end.....

ITS ALL RUBBISH!!! it never came true. I don't believe i fall for that! sigh

Actually, i kinda expected that since i saw our tourguide were smirking at one corner.
Next, we went to Luxor temple. Egyptian's build this temple in honour of King Ramses for his great leadership and commandments. Thus, you can see alot of Ramses statue everywhere in order to worship him. This is by far the most perserved statue i ever seen. I present to you!!!!!!!!

The upclose of KING RAMSES!!!
And his whole head!!

Day 2

After a day of refreshing and night stay on the cruise, we got up early to proceed our hectic schedule. Firstly, we went to Necropolis of Thebes and see the twin, which is 63 feet high Colossi of Memnon.

It was freezing cold out there in the early morning that you will be shaking your heads offf shivering. Some girls even wore thin cloths with pantyholes under that wheather which is so terrible that you can hear these girls making sounds like OOOooohhh Aaaaahhhhh that sounded so XXX making your back head of those tiny hair stands!!! So without enduring the strange things further i straight away ran back to the bus. On the way to the next diestination, we saw lots of helium ballons "flaoting" on air but our schedule was tight so we have to forgone it for the time being and admire the beauty within our small cubicle of spaces.sigh!!!Next, we procced to the Valley of the king, site of some 62 tombs. It was here that the tomb of Tutnakhamen was found, among those of other notable Egyptian pharaons. Here, you get to see the tombs of every king buried inside with carvings of the kings history and story you will understand after you interpret it! For a 20 year old girl who couldn't understand a thing was the most impressive thing and hierography i ever saw as it was beautifully inscribed even a dummy like me was impressed.

After that, we went to Alabaster factory to understand and see the technique and process of it creaction. Here, you see tons of alabaster vases, pots and momuments which glow in the dark. Next, we went to the Temple of Hatshepsut which is also known as Dier Ei Bahari. It was establish by the first queen who ruled Egypt in the Pharaonic history which consists of 3 impressive terrances. I present to you!!!

Queen Hatshepsut!!!!!Here, you see lots of statue representing the rows of king standing guard for the Queen!!!

After we got back to freshen up, we went into this creation done by room services! After lunch, we went upper deck to admire the views and scenery of Nile river. We were playing pokers till bullshit which was kinda fun.

Us and our Malaysian tourguide.During our cards session, we heard an American lady running amock screaming PIRATES PIRATES HELP!!!!! i was quite panic when i first heard it but after i carefully rethink, where does a pirate exicts at modern age rite?

So, curious, i went to the edge of the boat and found out THIS!!!!!!Lots of sampan-ner selling stuff. After that funny incident, we went sailing to cross the Esna lock.
It felt cage like to be inside. They will pump water so that the sea level on that side and this side levels.you see the thing open!!!

it was a breath of fresh air man!!! hahaha.. not that i'm exxagerating. After that, 5oclock strikes and the scenery above is amazing!! For that, bye for now and i try upload my next post soon!!

Ciao!!!!
